The steel shell of Marmande was built by long established and respected Colecraft Engineering before being fitted out by the equally well thought of Napton Narrowboats in durable, hardwearing oak and easy to clean surfaces.

Being an ex-hire boat, Marmande with six versatile berths (the aft bedroom can be two singles or a double) in three cabins is ideal for boating with friends or for a family with young children, and features seating in the semi-cruiser and well decks.

The galley houses the usual cooking facilities with a fridge and storage in a design that does not impair passage through the boat.

All of this in a length of just under 49ft and powered by a rugged Barrus diesel engine which makes Marmande ideal for discovering all of the delights that the UK s connected canal and river system has to offer.
